Emarine Australia has just
taken delivery of the first Sabre 38 Hardtop Express – a high-performance motor
yacht with full offshore capability.
Built in Maine (USA), Sabre
Yachts are known for their blend of traditional design, hand-built
craftsmanship and superb performance. The Sabre 38 Hardtop Express is no
exception. The deep vee bow and planing, performance hull keep the decks and
cockpit clear of spray, guaranteeing a solid, safe and comfortable ride. The
hull has been designed for maximum efficiency across the entire rev/speed range
whether meandering up-river or powering offshore on coastal passages.
An ergonomic helm position
benefits from large, opening windows and an open aft deck offering virtually
360° visibility. The primary social space up-top is bright and airy with
‘ultraleather' upholstery, fridge, ice maker and wet bar as standard.
The Sabre 38 Hardtop Express
is remarkably quiet due to detailed engine room soundproofing and ventilation.
Twin high-performance diesel engines deliver top-end speeds of 20-30kt
(depending on specification). Standard engine configuration is twin 380hp
Yanmars and optional drive systems include Volvo-Penta IPS drives.

Express is warm and elegant in solid, handcrafted cherrywood. The saloon
features comfortable seating and a fully-equipped electric galley. The large
stateroom was developed in conjunction with owner feedback and preferences and
boasts a generous double bed with lateral access. A spacious ensuite with
separate shower stall and vanity area completes the accommodation. Power is
supplied via the standard 9Kw Onan generator.
